Plug-in Redux

More on the Glad Plug-in....
I bought the Plug-in that has slots for 2 of the stinky cartridges. Apparently you can mix and match and come up with your own scent. OOOOOh, how creative.
The Plug-in website can explain it better than I can.
On the site there is a Wheel of Scents on which you can create a scent, or a "home fragrance" as they put it. For instance, I clicked on Apple Cinnamon and Vanilla Garden. Apparently, that is "Mom's Apple Crisp". Country Garden and Rainshower is "Outdoor Fresh".
You even have the option of putting a particular scent combination in your scentbox, (hey, is that like a squeezebox??) or something like that, for some time in the future, when you are in need of a new scent.
I tired to combine the 2 scents that I thought would be the most grody and this is what I came up with: Refreshing Spa and Suddenly Spring. The website said: "Very Original! Name Your Scent". I called it Douche-ay. Think they'll use it????

Anyways, at home, we chose just to use one cartridge and not 2, as to not blast out poor Louise. Also, Rob, my husband, thinks the 2 cartridge deal is just a scheme to get you to use more cartridges, so we went with the minimalistic approach.
I forget which particular scent it is (not the Vanilla yet). It is smelling OK in her room, not great, but ok. Between the Plug-In and general Diaper Pail maintenance, I think we'll do allright....

air fresheners have come a long way since those jelly type things in the plastic upright bathtub things that had holes poked in and you could tell it was done when it got shriveled and dry and small. ..

I'm right there with you girl.
I totally remember them.
They stunk like PINE and were throw-up green or puke yellow.
